The School Secretary is the heartbeat of the school’s daily operations and a vital point of Connection for our community. You provide the essential administrative framework that allows our educators to focus on the holistic learning journey, ensuring that every student, parent, and visitor experiences the professional and welcoming atmosphere of Archers.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the Elementary office, from attendance records to school-wide scheduling.
Communication Hub: Serve as a primary liaison between the Elementary School Principal, faculty, and parents, ensuring information is shared with clarity and optimism.
Student & Family Support: Assist with the student registration process and maintain organized, confidential records that support our "Nurturing Growth" mission.
Office Coordination: Oversee the procurement of educational supplies and manage the front-office environment to ensure it remains a modern and inviting space.
Requirements
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within an international school or premium service environment.
Skills: High proficiency in office software (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365) and excellent multitasking abilities.
Language: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) to effectively build community connections.
Mindset: A polished professional who thrives in a founding-team environment and leads with a "can-do" attitude.
