Job Description
Working in close partnership with Homeroom Teachers, you will play a vital role in ensuring every child receives personalized attention. You will act as a facilitator of growth, helping to bridge the gap between whole-class instruction and the individual needs of our students to ensure a truly inclusive learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Support: Facilitate small group sessions and lead differentiated activities that cater to various learning styles.
Student Progress: Monitor student development and assist in the creation of inclusive, high-quality learning materials.
Environment Management: Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a modern, organized, and motivating classroom that reflects the Archers brand of "Nurturing Growth."
Collaborative Care: Actively contribute to a supportive team culture, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of all students.
Requirements
Education: Relevant educational diploma or degree in Education or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within an international school setting.
Skills: Excellent collaborative skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude toward founding-school challenges.
Language: High level of English proficiency to support a premium international curriculum.
