Key Responsibilities
Holistic Instruction: Deliver a core curriculum (English, Math, Social Studies) that inspires curiosity and global citizenship.
Mental Well-being: Integrate daily Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) to support character growth and emotional resilience.
Community Connection: Maintain optimistic and professional partnerships with parents and the founding team.
Growth Tracking: Use formative assessments to nurture individual student milestones and personal development.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s or Teaching License preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in an international school setting (IB, British, or American curricula).
Mindset: A founding-team spirit—flexible, creative, and committed to "connection before correction."
Language: Native or near-native English proficiency.
